Bolesti jsem n\u011bjak vyt\u011bsnila, te\u010f na m\u00e1m l\u00e9ky, na ztuhlosti m\u00e1m rehabilitace, pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 ochrnov\u00e1n\u00ed je otrava. Ale nespavost, to je to prav\u00e9 pekl\u00ed\u010dko. A ta psychika potom&#8230; to je teprv chu\u0165ovka, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e m\u00e1te b\u00fdt p\u0159es den mil\u00e1 a motivuj\u00edc\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 pacienty, proaktivn\u00ed pro nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 nebo pro svoje podnik\u00e1n\u00ed, ch\u00e1pav\u00e1 pro sv\u00e9ho partnera a hlavn\u011b &#8211; pln\u00e1 energie a n\u00e1pad\u016f pro d\u00edt\u011b.<br><br>Ale po dvou nebo t\u0159ech hodin\u00e1ch sp\u00e1nku ve dvou a\u017e t\u0159ech \u010d\u00e1stech to, bohu\u017eel, nejde. A to jsou ty lep\u0161\u00ed situace. P\u0159i chozen\u00ed do pr\u00e1ce jsem b\u011b\u017en\u011b usnula p\u016fl hodin p\u0159ed bud\u00edkem. N\u011bkolikr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b. Nakonec ale p\u0159i\u0161el v\u00edkend a kdy\u017e jsem zrovna nem\u011bla slu\u017ebu nebo slu\u017eebku, n\u011bjak jsem se dospala a zm\u00e1to\u0159ila.<br><br>Jak to ale \u0159e\u0161it s d\u00edt\u011btem? Kdy\u017e kone\u010dn\u011b zaberete, vzbud\u00ed se na ml\u00e9ko. J\u00ed to zabere 10 minut a sp\u00ed d\u00e1l, ale Vy z\u016fstanete vzr\u016fru zase dv\u011b hodiny. Nav\u00edc, co s n\u00ed p\u0159es den, kdy\u017e je po 10 hodin\u00e1ch sp\u00e1nku a p\u016fl litru ml\u00e9ka vyspan\u00e1 do r\u016f\u017eova a jede po\u0159\u00e1d stejn\u011b, v\u00edkend &#8211; nev\u00edkend?<br><br>Jasn\u011b, tak nap\u0159\u00edklad takhle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b si d\u00e1 pozor, usnout a vzbudit se, jenom kdy\u017e n\u011bco pot\u0159ebuje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nechat ho hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed. Tat\u00ednek je ale v pr\u00e1ci, hl\u00eddac\u00ed pan\u00ed nep\u0159ijde v minut\u011b, nav\u00edc m\u00e1 taky sv\u016fj program a svoje d\u011bti, nav\u00edc &#8211; vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat pen\u00edze na hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed lze fakt jen omezen\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e1t mu voln\u00fd program. Asi jo, no. Ale v tomhle v\u011bku zab\u00edr\u00e1 zat\u00edm jen televize a to v\u011bt\u0161ina rodi\u010d\u016f 10 hodin denn\u011b nechce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vyspat se, kdy\u017e d\u00edt\u011b sp\u00ed po ob\u011bd\u011b. To ano, za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee po ob\u011bd\u011b v\u016fbec usne. A za p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee usnete vy, proto\u017ee nespavost nen\u00ed jenom v noci<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b\u00fdt autentick\u00e1 a cel\u00fd den probre\u010det, aby vid\u011blo, \u017ee je dobr\u00e9 d\u00e1vat najevo emoce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neb\u00fdt autentick\u00e1 a cel\u00fd den d\u011blat, \u017ee jsem gejz\u00edr n\u00e1pad\u016f a energie, i kdy\u017e popravd\u011b netu\u0161\u00edm ani to, jak ji zvl\u00e1dnu r\u00e1no obl\u00e9ct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0159e\u0161it nespavost systematicky a ne p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkama na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch.<br><br>Ono ale, kdy\u017e u\u017e trp\u00edte nespavost\u00ed p\u0159es 35 let (ano, opravdu je tam naps\u00e1no p\u0159es 35 let), tak u\u017e m\u00e1te hodn\u011b vyzkou\u0161eno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kafe jenom r\u00e1no, \u010daje dopoledne (kofein a antioxidanty jsou super evidence based pomocn\u00edci)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 j\u00eddla ve\u010der (s tou kvalitou tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ME\/CFS prov\u00e1z\u00ed ani r\u00e1no)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd mobil, televize, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d posledn\u00ed dv\u011b a\u017e t\u0159i hodiny p\u0159ed span\u00edm (jasn\u011b, n\u011bjak\u00e1 nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rada by nebyla?)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne\u0159e\u0161it ve\u010der pr\u00e1ci ani \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 stresuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti (nejv\u00edc stresuj\u00edc\u00ed je pro m\u011b ve\u010der dostat Ani do py\u017eama)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nesportovat ve ve\u010dern\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch (hmm s t\u00edmhle ani r\u00e1no)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00edc se p\u0159es den unavit (to je pro ME\/CFS k nezaplacen\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po\u010d\u00edtat ove\u010dky (ne, to je vtip)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po\u010d\u00edtat od des\u00edti k nule (to pro n\u011bkoho vtip nen\u00ed, ale jestli n\u011bco nefunguje, tak je to pr\u00e1v\u011b tohle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autogenn\u00ed tr\u00e9nink (pro t\u011blo fajn, ale i tak po t\u011bch \u010dty\u0159ech hodin\u00e1ch vzh\u016fru u\u017e jste psychicky na dn\u011b)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u00edt sp\u00e1nkovou rutinu a chodit ve stejn\u00fd \u010das do postele (a pak jdete do postele jednou o p\u016fl hodiny pozd\u011bji a jste v nervu jen z toho. To taky funguje jen n\u011bkdy a na n\u011bkoho)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vst\u00e1vat ve stejnou dobu (kdy\u017e m\u00e1m vst\u00e1vat na bud\u00edk, tak neusnu, ani kdybych si ho dala na 9:15, i kdy\u017e sama od sebe se bud\u00edm p\u0159ed\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t22\/2\/16\/1f60e.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude0e\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>us\u00ednat v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed (ne asi&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vyv\u011btrat (p\u0159\u00e1la bych vid\u011bt na\u0161e okna s permanentn\u00edm v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00edm i te\u010f v zim\u011b)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e1t si alkohol (to zab\u00edr\u00e1 jen p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t a pak u\u017e je to hor\u0161\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedat si alkohol (ehm&#8230;.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zhulit se (d\u00edky, ale ne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tepl\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, ml\u00e9ko s medem nebo medv\u011bd\u00ed ml\u00e9ko (to zab\u00edralo, ale p\u0159i\u0161la lakt\u00f3zov\u00e1 intolerance, tak u\u017e tom tolik ned\u00e1m)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u00e1t si bylinkov\u00fd \u010daj nebo kapi\u010dky (nezab\u00edraj\u00ed a megad\u00e1vky v tablet\u00e1ch, tak\u017ee \u010daj, to je jen takov\u00fd \u010daj\u00ed\u010dek)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>magnezium (u\u017e m\u00e1m asi \u010dtvrtou formu, ale lep\u0161\u00ed to nen\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>melatonin (ten u\u017e m\u00e1m na p\u0159edpis a lep\u0161\u00ed to je. V\u011bt\u0161inou sp\u00edm aspo\u0148 6 hod.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ned\u011blat si pl\u00e1ny na dal\u0161\u00ed den (to ani nejde)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zbavovat se opakuj\u00edc\u00edch se my\u0161lenek (jo, psan\u00ed na pap\u00edr dobr\u00fd. Ale v posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se mi v hlav\u011b hon\u00ed hlavn\u011b zn\u011blky z d\u011btsk\u00fdch seri\u00e1l\u016f a p\u0159ed t\u00edm to byly zn\u011blky z reklam)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zvednout se a na chv\u00edli si j\u00edt \u010d\u00edst do jin\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti (kdy\u017e vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00edm neudr\u017e\u00edte otev\u0159en\u00e9 o\u010di? Nav\u00edc mus\u00edte rozsv\u00edtit a to usnut\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b oddaluje)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neodch\u00e1zet z postele (no on po t\u011bch t\u0159ech, \u010dty\u0159ech hodin\u00e1ch p\u0159ijde hlad, tak\u017ee mus\u00edte, nav\u00edc ta moment\u00e1ln\u00ed nen\u00e1vist k posteli&#8230; )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vyu\u017eij to smyslupln\u011b a pracuj (nekoukat do PC&#8230;? Ale jo, mo\u017en\u00e1 zkus\u00edm p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b kreslit)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8222;dala jste v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f v pr\u00e1ci, tak\u017ee m\u00e1te po probl\u00e9mu. Tak\u017ee nev\u00edm, co sem lezete&#8220;, nebo tak n\u011bjak zakon\u010dila konzultaci zat\u00edm jedin\u00e1 psychiatri\u010dka, ke kter\u00e9 jsem s t\u00edm do\u0161la (ne, u\u017e t\u0159i \u010dty\u0159i roky pracuju tak, jak mi vyhovuje a ne, nen\u00ed po probl\u00e9mu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159edstavovat si, \u017ee se no\u0159\u00edm do tmy (to je hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a p\u0159izn\u00e1m se, to zab\u00edr\u00e1 asi nej\u010dast\u011bji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zam\u011b\u0159it se na n\u011bjak\u00e9 jedno konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed m\u00edsto na t\u011ble a pln\u011b se na n\u011bj soust\u0159edit (tohle ob\u010das taky slu\u0161n\u011b zabere)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u0159edstavovat si, \u017ee jsem na n\u011bjak\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b (to nezab\u00edr\u00e1, ale aspo\u0148 V\u00e1m to zvedne n\u00e1ladu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nebre\u010d, t\u00edm si nepom\u016f\u017ee\u0161 (jo, aha, to by m\u011b asi nenapadlo, \u017ee jo&#8230; )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nebu\u010f hysterick\u00e1, nikoho t\u00edm nezaujme\u0161 (ne to nejsem, jsem jenom oby\u010dejn\u011b ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8222;nemus\u00edte nespat&#8220; (s psychoterapeutkou jsem toho vy\u0159e\u0161ila opravdu hodn\u011b, ale jestli n\u011bco nepomohlo, tak je tohle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>projevujte vd\u011b\u010dnost za ub\u011bhl\u00fd den (jj, to je fajn. Jen t\u00e9 vd\u011b\u010dnosti nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt moc, jako\u017ee jsem toho t\u0159eba ud\u011blal v\u00edc, ne\u017e jsem m\u011bla v pl\u00e1nu. To mi pak hlava jeden radost\u00ed o 106. Jako v\u00e1\u017en\u011b\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf0\/2\/16\/1f603.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude03\">\u00a0)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ne\u0159e\u0161it drobnosti, jako neumyt\u00e9 n\u00e1dob\u00ed (ne, tak ty dva hrne\u010dky ve d\u0159ezu mi fakt \u017e\u00edly netrhaj\u00ed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tepl\u00e1 sprcha (tak bez n\u00ed by to ne\u0161lo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kdysi jsem na\u0161la taky hezk\u00fd n\u00e1vod: p\u0159edstavujete si, \u017ee jdete celou mezi loukama a polema ke kope\u010dku s les\u00edkem. Jdete do toho kope\u010dka a na vrcholu je louka a kapli\u010dka. Cestou sledujete detaily &#8211; kv\u011btiny, kameny, mot\u00fdly&#8230; v\u011bt\u0161inou neusnula, tak jsem si to dok\u00e1zala u\u017e\u00edt. Ale jednou, jednou jsem p\u0159i\u0161la k t\u00e9 kapli\u010dce a tam v\u00e1m bylo lid\u00ed! Napi\u0161te mi!<br><br>Kon\u011b za 7 hodin sp\u00e1nku alespo\u0148 t\u00fdden!<br><br>Nespavost trochu vysv\u011btluje FND. Mozek se nevypne, kdy\u017e m\u00e1 sp\u00e1t, ale pak vypne n\u011bjak\u00fd okruh, o\u010di, nohy, cel\u00e9 t\u011blo&#8230;. V naprosto nevhodn\u00e9 chv\u00edli..<br><br>No nic, jdu si vz\u00edt neur*l a vzbudit Aninku.
